In today's episode, Rebecca and I interview Fivex3 member, Manny Rechthand. Manny started training at Fivex3 in November 2020 at age 72. He has competed in three powerlifting meets, the most recent one in Orlando, Florida. At this meet, he broke the American Deadlift Record in his age group and weight class. He discusses why he loves exercise, training, working with barbells and the importance of strength.
